“ Absolutely fabulous and will be returning 100%. Booked in for the Bombay high chai, swiftly seated and served delicious masala tea. We were kept well topped up with this over the course of our visit. The food was... Something else. You can tell it's been years of family recipes crafted with the highest amount of love and attention to detail. I've not had Indian food like this before. The ?owner came out and gave us a run-through of every item on the platter, he was very knowledgeable and passionate about everything being served. Lovely to see but it was all I could do to not start demolishing it while he was going though it. Poppadoms were served first with a mixture of chutneys and blackberry jam which I think was spiced. Sublime. The food potions were generous, by samosa 2 I was sweating. We had to take the cakes home, for which boxes were happily provided for. When I had the cakes later they were incredible. More than worth the money, keep up the excellent work!! The setting itself was lovely, the only thing is it was a bit cold, even with a radiator right next to us. ”
